How to send messages to applicants by the Prequalification Administrator

Sending Messages to Applicants

  1. Open the Prequalification
    Access the prequalification you wish to manage.

  2. Click on the Email Button
    Click on the Email button to open a new window.

  3. Select Recipients
    Click on Send to to choose which applicants should receive the email. (See Point 1 in the screenshot below.)

  4. Schedule the Email
    If you wish to send the email on a specific date and time, set it under Set Date/Time for Sending Email. (See Point 2 in the screenshot below.)

  5. Request a Copy
    If you would like to receive a copy of the email, check the box for CC: Send me a copy. (See Point 3 in the screenshot below.)

  6. Compose Your Email
    Under Subject, you can write and format the email as you wish. Your email signature is automatically included.

  7. Attach Files
    If you want to attach files, you can upload them under Attach Files.


Note: At the top, there are three tabs: (See Points 5 and 6 in the screenshot below)

  • Email: Here, you configure the email you wish to send.

  • Scheduled Email: If you have set a schedule in Point 4 above, you can view it here. (See Point 5 in the screenshot below.)

  • Sent Email: This tab shows all sent emails. (See Point 6 in the screenshot below.)
