Submission Requirements Settings

Set and create submission requirements for the prequalification.

If submission requirements are to be established for the prequalification, they must be created under the prequalification settings.

How to Create a Submission Requirement


Click on [Insert Button] to create a submission requirement. (See point 1 in the screenshot above)

  1. A new window opens for creating submission requirements with the following fields:

    1. Name of Submission Requirement:
      Enter the name of the submission requirement. E.g., 01 ESPD.

    2. Description:
      Enter a description of the submission requirement.

    3. File Name Requirement:
      Enter a requirement for the file name. Please note that the file name must be identical to the one specified. If there are no requirements for the file name, simply select “No Requirement.”

    4. File Format Requirement
      If there is a requirement for the invitees to use a specific prequalification template, follow these steps:

      1. Select/mark Choose Template

      2. Click the Select button to choose the desired template.

      3. The name of the template will appear next to the button after it has been uploaded. If there are no requirements for a prequalification template, simply select No Template.

    5. Publication of the Submitted After the Submission Deadline:
      For each submission requirement, you must choose whether the submitted items will be published (downloaded) among the invited parties and the administrator.

    6. Additional Settings:
      Here, you can allow applicants to submit multiple files for the same submission requirement.

  2. Click OK, and the submission requirement will appear in the overview of submission requirements. If you wish to add more submission requirements, repeat the above steps.
