Main Menu:

Project Web: In addition to an overview of all your projects, you'll find -> Find Files and Search File Content.

Tenders: In addition to an overview of all your tenders, you'll find -> Bidders & Contractor Database, Questions/Answers (if enabled), and ESPD service.

Reviews: In addition to an overview of all your reviews, you'll find -> Workflow, Annotation Types, Annotation Fields, and the Review Guide.

Company Settings: In addition to your company settings, you'll find -> Users and Company Profile including company addresses, metadata column editing, project categorization, etc.

Help & Support: Access to our help center, shortcuts to email, chat, and call support.

Project Structure: Projects are organized like a typical file system with a folder structure on the left and file overview on the right side of the screen. The properties (metadata) for the selected file are displayed at the bottom right.

Structure:

  • Folder Structure (Arrow ► indicates subfolders): The folder structure is familiar, as it's built like Microsoft Windows. The black arrow [►] to the left of the folder indicates that there are subfolders. Clicking the arrow will expand the subfolders. A single click on the black arrow next to the main folder will collapse the entire folder.

Use Right-Click Menu on Folders and Files:

  • Use right-click for menu access in the project name, folder structure, and file area.

Available commands in the right-click menu when clicking the project name:

  1. Download

  2. Search File Content

  3. Send Project to Print

  4. Tenders

  5. Tender Administrator

  6. Invite User to Project

  7. View Project Profile

  8. Project Users

  9. Project Properties

  10. Add New Folder

  11. Folder Permissions
