To create a project, the user must have the role of company administrator.
A project on byggeprojekt.dk allows various stakeholders to access documents easily, quickly, and clearly. Once a project is created, it can also be used for digital tenders and bidding — however, this requires access rights to byggeprojekt.dk's tender module.
Create a Project
Click on Create Project in the top right corner.
Name the project and check the box for Disable Tender if you don’t want to enable digital tendering.
Disable visible distribution list in email notifications
If you disable the visible distribution list, invited project users won’t be able to see who the notifications are sent to.
If left unchecked, all invited project users will see the recipients of notifications.
Only the project owner will be able to see the distribution list.
Hide from other Company Administrators
If this box is checked, other company administrators won’t see the project in their project overview or receive notifications when files are uploaded to the project.
They can later add the project to their list from the main menu under My Projects.
If left unchecked, other company administrators will see the project after creation and receive notifications unless they manually opt out.
Delete a Project
Go to My Projects → Click on the three dots (•••) to the right of the project.
Click on Delete Project.
Confirm by clicking Delete Permanently
Note! This action cannot be undone and will permanently delete the project.
Opret mapper
Click on Create Folder to create a new root folder.
Click Create.
Create additional root folders by clicking the three dots (•••) in the folder overview.
You can also upload a .zip file containing a folder structure.
Create subfolders by right-clicking on the root folder or clicking the three dots (•••).
You can now begin uploading documents to the folder.
You can duplicate a folder structure (including custom groups, folder permissions, and users) from another project to a new project:
Click the three dots (•••) next to the project and select what you want to copy to the new project.
Click Duplicate Project.
