Requirements
Before creating a review, ensure you have the following information ready:
Project: Select the project under which you want to create the review.
Workflow: Decide whether you want to use an existing workflow template or create a new one for this review.
Annotation Form: Choose or create an annotation form to gather specific feedback during the review process.
Step 1: Click on Reviews
Step 2: Click "Create review"
Step 3: Tasks to complete
There are four tasks that need to be completed before you can start the review. The first three tasks are prerequisites for starting the review. You can complete them in any order:
Step 4: Fill out Review details
Provide a name for your review.
Select an annotation form to be used for the review.
Choose the review managers who will oversee the review process.
Step 5: Add files
Upload files from your local drive or select them from the Projectweb repository.
You can add files individually or in bulk.
Step 6: Configure workflow
Choose whether to start from scratch or use a template.
Customize the workflow by naming steps, setting "Days to Review" for each step, and adding reviewers.
Optionally, save the configured workflow as a template for future use.
Step 7: Fill out Review details
Specify a start date for the review, or leave it blank to start immediately.
Optionally, inform other users about the review by selecting project members or entering email addresses separated by commas.
