The workflow is simple to create and can either be made when the review is created or prepared in advance.
If the workflow is created when the review is initiated, you can skip steps 1 to 3.

Step 1: Navigate to Workflows

From the left menu, select Company Settings -> Choose Workflows from the list.

Step 2: Create a New Workflow

Click the "Create Workflow" button to start creating a new workflow template

Step 3: Name Your Workflow

Give your workflow template a descriptive name that reflects its purpose. This will help you identify it when setting up your review.

Step 4: Add Steps

Click the "Add Step" button to include steps in your workflow. Each step represents a phase in your review process.

Step 5: Name Your Step

For each step you add, provide a clear and concise name that indicates its purpose or phase in the review process.

Step 6: Set Time "Days for Review"

Specify the number of days allocated for each step in the "Days for Review" field. This determines the duration for completing each phase of the review.

Step 7: Delete a Step (Optional)

If you need to remove a step from your workflow, simply click the delete icon next to the step you want to remove.

Step 8: Save Workflow

Once you have configured your workflow template according to your requirements, click the "Save Workflow" button to save your changes.

Conclusion

By following these steps, you can create a customized workflow template tailored to your specific review process needs. This template can then be applied to multiple review projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency in your review workflows.
