Send drawings and documents for printing

You have the option to send the entire project, folder, or individual files for printing. The type of print order you want is individualized. Follow the steps below to send your print order.

Send the entire project's folder structure or folder to the print provider.

Note: If you choose to send a single folder for printing, any underlying folders will also be sent.

1. Click on the project or folder you want to send to the print provider.
2. Right-click.
3. Select "Send project/folder to print" from the menu.
4. Fill in the fields in the form, including the billing address and where the invoice should be sent.
5. Provide the case name, number, and select the date of receipt.
6. Write any additional comments, such as pickup, multiple recipients, or delivery by courier, etc.
7. Choose the number of copies to print.
8. Click OK.


Send multiple files from the same project for printing.

1. Click on the folder from which you want to send files for printing.
2. Select the files you want to send to the print provider.
3. When selecting multiple files, hold down the CTRL key and select.
4. When selecting all files, click and drag the mouse over the files while holding down the SHIFT key.
5. Right-click and choose "Send files for printing."
6. Select "Add more files to this print job" at the bottom of the window to choose additional files from other folders.
7. Fill in the fields in the form, and provide the billing address.
8. Provide the case name, number, and select the date of receipt.
9. Write any additional comments, such as pickup today, multiple recipients, or delivery by courier, etc.
10. Choose the number of copies to print.
11. Click OK.

The print provider will process the order and deliver it as agreed upon.


You can view a summary of current and past print jobs by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner. Then click on "My Profile" and select "Print Orders" on the left side.
