You have the option to either download the entire folder structure or download/open individual files directly from the system. The Download command packages all files into a single ZIP file.
Downloading the entire folder structure
Note: If you choose to download a single folder, any subfolders will also be downloaded.
1. Click on the folder or project you want to download.
2. Right-click.
3. Select "Download" from the menu.
4. In the download settings, name the file as you prefer.
5. Click "Download". The files will now be downloaded into a ZIP file.
6. Choose "Save" in the file transfer window (or "Open" if you just want to view the file).
7. Select the location where you want to save the file in your file explorer.
8. Click "Save".
9. Once the file is downloaded, you can unpack the ZIP file.
Downloading multiple files from the same folder
1. Click on the folder you want to download from.
2. Select the files you want to download.
3. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL key while selecting.
4. To select all files, click the first file, then hold down the SHIFT key.
5. Click on the "Download" option at the top or right-click and choose "Download".
6. Customize the file name in the download settings as desired.
7. Click "Download". The files will now be downloaded into a ZIP file.
8. Choose "Save" in the file transfer window (or "Open" if you just want to view the file).
9. Select the location where you want to save the file in your file explorer.
10. Click "Save".
11. Once the file is downloaded, you can unpack the ZIP file.
Download/Open individual files
1. Click on the folder you want to download from.
2. Select the file you want to download (right-click and choose download or double-click the file). The file will start downloading.
3. Alternatively, you can click on the Download icon at the top.
4. Choose whether you want to open the file or save it.
NB! As a project user, you may have limited permissions on the project.
The permissions of project users are defined based on the group they are invited to.
