Annotation forms in Review allow you to collect specific types of information during the review process. Here are the different field types available for annotation forms:

Field types

  • Single Line Text: Use this field type to capture short, single-line text entries, such as names, titles, or brief descriptions.

  • Multi-line Text: This field type is ideal for collecting longer text entries that may span multiple lines, such as comments, descriptions, or detailed explanations.

  • Date: Choose the date field type to prompt reviewers to select a specific date from a calendar widget, useful for capturing deadlines, milestones, or other date-related information.

  • Number: Utilize the number field type to collect numerical values, such as quantities, measurements, or ratings. Reviewers can input numeric data directly into this field.

  • Single Select: With the single select field type, reviewers can choose one option from a predefined list of choices. You can customize this field by adding different options that tailor it to your specific needs.
