To get started with creating a task, first select the project where you want to create the task by clicking My Projects in the menu on the left.
Create a Task
Go to the Tasks menu and create a new task.
Select Template
Choose the task template that the company administrator has created for the project.
Fill Out the Form
Complete the fields in the task form, including optionally selecting a drawing, adding relevant markups, assigning the task, and saving the task.
Comment on a Task
The task is now saved and will appear in the overview of all tasks in the project.
After the task has been created, you can use the Comments tab to comment on the task and tag other project users if clarification is needed.
Create a Task from the Viewer
If you have already opened a drawing in the viewer from the file area, it is also possible to create a task directly from there that is linked to the drawing.
