Templates must be created via web.
Click Templates at the top and then Add Template (green button)
Select the project to which the template is to be associated.
- Enter the name of the template
- Select language
- Select Signature required if completing and submitting the form requires a signature
After this, questions are added from the left by dragging and dropping the different options to the template.
- Text
- Paragraph
- Static text
- Talk
- Date
- Time
- Multiple answer options
- Check boxes
- Drop down menu
Under each question it is possible to set the following:
- Answer required
- Allow comment
- Allow photos
- Allow topics
On the right side, you can add sections (pages) so that the form will consist of several pages.
Click on Save
The template is saved and the overview of all your templates will be there.
The template must be linked to a list so that this can be selected from the mobile device and filled in as a form.
- Select or create your list.
- Select the project your template is associated with
- Name your list (if it is a new list)
- Select your template under Available Templates
- Click Save
The template is now available in the list. This means that the users who have been invited to this list now have the opportunity to fill in the form (template)
