When you are logged in to Issman via a browser, you can access all created topics by clicking on Topics at the top. Click on Add topic in the left corner (green button) and fill in the following:

When you add new topics, the latest project and list will be selected by default. This can of course be changed.

It is also possible in the web version to further assign subjects and make markings on drawings.
