Move a topic from the web version by selecting one or more topics on the left in the topic overview -> click on the Move button at the top -> Select in the window which project and list the topics should be moved to.

Move an item from the app version by clicking Edit in the upper right corner -> Select the item or items to be moved -> Click the Move button at the bottom -> Select the list to which the items are to be moved.
