Overview of Prequalification
The entered prequalifications are displayed in the overview on the left. (Point 1 in the screenshot)
In the prequalification overview, you can easily assign permissions to underlying folders for each prequalification by right-clicking. This ensures that applicants only have access to the uploaded material in the selected folders. (Point 2 in the screenshot)
Note: There is a safety valve that alerts the administrator if permissions have not been set.
Set Permissions for Prequalification
Select/mark the prequalification as indicated in point 2 above.
Click on Edit Permissions in the menu.
Choose Lock specified folder settings if applicants should not have access to newly created folders in the selected prequalification area. If the folder settings are not locked, applicants will gain access to newly created folders (e.g., correction sheet) in the selected prequalification area. (Point 1 in the screenshot)
If applicants should only have access to the selected folders above, as well as the associated subfolders, the folder settings can be locked by checking the box. This will prevent applicants from accessing newly created folders. (Point 2 in the screenshot)
Note! The administrator should be aware of this setting, especially if folders for correction sheets are created later, as applicants will not automatically gain access to this folder or receive notifications upon upload.
