Ask questions and get answers
If the tenderadministrator has enabled the option for bidders to ask questions about the tender, the "Answer/Question" button will be visible in the main menu for bidders. From there, they can select the project and tender (if there are multiple) and add their questions. If the tenderadministrator has chosen to answer the questions on an ongoing basis, the responses will be visible under the "Answers" tab. Alternatively, the responses will be uploaded as a file in the tender document.
For information, the users β including colleagues, subcontractors, and sub-consultants β who are invited to the tender by the tenderer will have access to the question/answer module. The tenderer can, throughout the tender process, choose to deactivate/activate whether these users should have access to the question/answer module.
Notifications will be sent out when new questions and responses are added.
