The e-sign feature of Byggeprojekt.dk is powered by HelloSign.
Click on the "Sign" button located at the bottom of the agreement document link.
Click on the "Confirm" button next to your email address in the dialog box.
A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. In the confirmation email, click on "Confirm your identity" and sign the offer.
Please note that for security reasons, a verification email will be sent.
Note: If you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, please add [email protected] to your whitelist.
Click on the "Sign" button for the offer in the dialog box.
Click on the signature field next to your name at the bottom of the quote. Alternatively, click on "Get Started" in the top right corner and then click on the signature field.
Create your signature in the dialog box and then click on Insert.
Click on "Continue".
Review the terms of the agreement and then click on "I agree".
Click "Close".
To see who has already signed the offer, click on the Actions dropdown menu next to the offer and select View signatures.
To print a downloaded copy of the offer, click on the Actions dropdown menu next to the offer and select Download.
Note: If you download a signed offer, HelloSign will remove links from any hyperlinked text included in the Comments to Buyer or Purchase Terms section of the PDF version of the offer. Byggeprojekt.dk recommends using the full URL for the linked text so that the link can still be clicked after the quote is downloaded.
You will receive a copy of the document you have signed once all necessary signatures and countersignatures have been completed. The notification you receive includes a link to the document they have signed, which expires when the offer expires, and a PDF copy of the full signed document for their records.
