Manage and update your user account settings and basic preferences. Changes are automatically saved and updated across every project.

Find My Account

  1. Click on your avatar and pick My Account

  2. In the account settings window, locate the side navigation menu on the left. This menu includes various tabs such as My Account and Print orders.

Upload your profile picture

You can easily add or update your profile picture by following these simple steps:

  1. Find the Profile picture section.

  2. Click on Upload picture next to your current image.

  3. Select an image from your device - Byggeprojekt.dk supports PNG, JPEG and animated GIF files under 2 mb

  4. Review your new profile picture using the preview window or adjust using the bar as needed.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.

Change your name

You can update your name by following these steps:

  1. Find the Full name section.

  2. Click Edit next to your current name.

  3. Enter your first name and last name in the text field.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.



Add/edit your phone number

You can change your phone number by following these steps:

  1. Find the Phone Number section.

  2. Click on the Add or Edit next to your current phone number.

  3. Enter your new phone number and select your country flag to automatically include the correct country code.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.

Change your e-mail address

Here’s how you can update your email address

  1. Find the Email section.

  2. Click on the Edit next to your current email address.

  3. Enter your preferred primary email.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes or Cancel to discard them.

Note: There is no verification to confirm your new email exists or belongs to you. You can always revert this change while signed in. If you accidentally change your email to a non-existing one and log out, please contact our support team for assistance.

Change your password

To change your password follow these steps:

  1. Find the Password section.

  2. Click on på Change password.

  3. Enter your current password, then the new password twice to confirm. If you can't remember your current password, click on Reset Password.

Add your job title

To update your job title follow these steps:

  1. Find the Job title section within your account settings.

  2. Click on the dropdown menu next to your current job title and choose the option that matches you best.

Change your language

To update your language follow these steps:

  1. Find the Language section.

  2. Click on the dropdown menu next to your current language.

  3. Select a language.

Note: You can also change your language swiftly by using the help icon located in the lower-left corner and selecting Change Language.


Change your timezone

To update your timezone follow these steps:

  1. Find the Timezone section.

  2. Click on the dropdown menu next to your current timezone.

  3. Select a timezone.

Note: Timezones are used to ensure timely delivery of email notifications.
