With 2-Step Verification, also called 2-factor authentication, you can add an extra layer of security to your account in case your password is stolen. It's a security feature that helps protect your Byggeprojekt.dk account and your password. If you set up two-factor authentication, you'll be asked to enter a special login code to verify it's your account.

Turn on 2-factor authentication

  1. Go to My Profile in the top right corner

  2. Scroll down to 2-factor Authentication

  3. Click Enable 2-factor authentication

  4. Choose between Email or Text message verification

  5. A verification code will be sent to facilitate the setup of your 2-factor authentication

  6. Finally, you will be prompted to download backup code to ensure access to your account can be regained if needed.

In the future, you will need to input a verification code during the login process. You have 3 attempts to enter the code correctly. If unsuccessful, your account will be temporarily blocked for 2 minutes before you can make another attempt. Our verification codes expire after 3 minutes.

If you need access faster, you can contact our support team, who can assist in removing the authorization. NEVER disclose your verification code; our support team will not ask for it.

If you have lost the security code, you can contact our support for further assistance.
